Seventh consecutive decline! Total profit of furniture manufacturing slumped 10.2 per cent from January to August!
Data show that from January to August, the furniture manufacturing industry revenue of 395.06 billion yuan, down 8.5% year-on-year; operating costs of 326.41 billion yuan, a year-on-year decline of 10.0%; total profit of 18.54 billion yuan, a year-on-year decline of 10.2%.
It is worth noting that since this year, the furniture manufacturing industry monthly cumulative revenue and total profits compared to last year continued to decline, is now seven consecutive declines. Among them, the first half of the total profit decline narrowed month by month, but the decline in January-July to expand, the current period of decline and the previous period basically the same.
